Strata Management Services

 

  • Maintain appropriate strata accounting and monthly financial reporting
  • Enforce bylaws and common property rules, conduct all business communication on behalf of the strata council based on policy instructions
  • Advise strata council on annual budget, depreciation report, bylaws, rules and unconditional Strata Property Act compliance
  • Coordinate and supervise building and recreational facilities maintenance and gardening
  • Attend all strata council and general meetings with no limit on duration or frequency
  • Collect strata fees, special levies, make bank deposits, receive and process all invoices
  • Keep strata records and strata policies consistent and available to owners 24/7
  • Advise and guide owners on remediation issues
  • Coordinate the professional assessment, planning and construction stages of remediation and restoration projects and capital improvements
